Cocoa Colour Valentine Red

Oil-based food colouring designed for chocolate, fondant, buttercream and more!

These high strength oil-blends were designed to give your bakes a vibrant result with only a small amount of colouring being used, and without changing the taste.

This colour is made from ingredients which are considered Vegan, Halal & Kosher:  

Ingredients: Coconut Oil, Colour: E129, Lecithin E322, Polysorbate 80 E433.

May contain traces of nuts.

Colours may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children. 

Manufactured in the UK using high quality, locally sourced ingredients.

Colours may settle over time, make sure to shake the bottle before every use. 

Add a drop at a time until the desired colour is reached (a little goes a long way!).

Colours will gradually develop over time.

Tips:

Red & black are difficult colours to achieve with any colouring. We have worked hard to develop the strongest oil-based colour available, but it's still more difficult to get a vibrant result compared to other colours available (but not impossible!). The best tips to achieve a deeper colour is to mix the colouring in small batches (such as 200g), for longer than usual to allow the pigment to fully spread out. After this allow the colour some time to develop. You may need to use a little more colouring than with our other colours!
